At Gaia One, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences and services that align with our mission of ocean conservation and sustainability. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our activities and services.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to dream@gaiaone.org
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the notice period provided.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 business days.
  • Sale or other offered prices are only valid within the times mentioned on social media or our website. 

2. Retreats 

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date: 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date: No refund.
  • We offer rescheduling options if notified at least 7 days in advance. Reschedules are subject to GaiaOne’s planned calendar for the year.  
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Coral Academy Courses & Conservation Activities

  • Due to the nature of our conservation efforts, bookings for coral restoration activities are non-refundable. However, we offer rescheduling options if notified at least 7 days in advance.
  • There are no refunds for Coral Adoptions due to their conservation nature.

4. Diving & Ocean Activities

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled activity: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled activity: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled activity: No refund.
  • Weather-related cancellations made by GaiaOne: Full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Merchandise & Digital Products

  • Physical merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

Gaia One is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must include booking details and proof of payment.
